Dish Society, Blink Fitness, Crust Pizza expand to new spaces


Dish Society, a Houston farm-to-table restaurant based by Aaron Lyons, relocated to a bigger area inside LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch at 2643 Business Middle Blvd. in Katy. The restaurant took over the 4,100-square-foot area previously occupied by Blue Fish. The situation seating for 100 inside and one other 80 on the patio going through the central inexperienced space.

“I really like the best way it got here collectively – the dimensions, the openness, the brightness, the airiness, plus the patio is actually on the inexperienced – mother and father can eat whereas watching their youngsters play,” Lyons stated in an announcement.

The design was impressed by the Southside Commons location, which opened in December within the West College space. Blink Health opened a 14,000-square-foot health club at 4704 Airline Drive in north Houston. JTRE Holdings is the owner. Blink Health has 4 places within the Houston space.

Crust Pizza Co., a fast-casual restaurant serving pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads in family-friendly atmosphere, introduced two new leases for franchised eating places within the Houston space. Jet Trahan will open a 2,783-square-foot location within the Kingwood Place buying heart at 30129 Rock Creek Drive in June. It is going to be adopted by a 2,800-square-foot retailer operated by franchisee Justin Bentley in Gosling Pines at 5211 FM 2920 in Spring in September. Based by Mark Rasberry and Clint Value, Crust Pizza is slated to open seven extra places throughout higher Houston and Louisiana.

We Rock the Spectrum Child’s Gymnasium leased 3,233 sq. toes on the Shoppes at Memorial Villages, on the northeast nook of Interstate 10 and Wirt Street. Christi Vinzant represented the owner, Weingarten Realty. James Pappas, a dealer at James Spiro Pappas, represented the tenant.

Tin Drum Asian Kitchen leased 2,000 sq. toes on the Vic at Interpose, a mixed-use improvement of Hunington Properties at 1111 Shepherd Drive. Sherry Naquin Sanchez and Benny Nguyen of Resolut RE represented the tenant. Christie Amezquita of Store Cos. represented the owner.
