ASHBURNHAM (CBS) — Ashburnham police are attempting to establish a person who spit at two hikers and informed them “I’ve COVID.” The incident occurred Sunday on the Hudson Overlook alongside the Midstate Path.
Police stated the person and one other older lady approached the 2 younger ladies and chided them for not carrying face masks.
“He defined to them that it was the ‘regulation’ and that they have been egocentric,” police stated. “He aggressively turned in direction of them and acknowledged, ‘I’ve Covid’ and started spitting on the younger females.”
“I’ve COVID,” this man in Ashburnham says as he spits within the path of two ladies taking a hike Sunday afternoon. Based mostly on a verbal confrontation early within the video, he was upset the ladies weren’t carrying a masks whereas climbing. The person is believed to be in his late 60s to early 70s and about 5 toes 11 inches tall with grey facial hair and lightweight blue glasses. Anybody with info is requested to name Ashburnham police.
